Why can my dog see a Laser Pointer?
I always thought dogs saw in black and white so how can my dog see the red dot of a laser pointer and chase it? I heard that they can see a few colors on the spectrum but red wasn't one of them. I don't know I'm confused.
As a side note it is really cute when she chases the laser. It is so funny I knew cats loved lasers but I've never seen a dog chase one.
One of my dogs used to love to chase the laser pointer, but has become bored with it and ignores it. My other one had no interest from day one. Maybe one of my dogs isn't able to see it as well as the other.
